The shipping period depends on the product you choose. Hinges are usually available faster, however, all other products might be shipped during 4-7 weeks. Also it depends on the order quantity and individual agreement.
Yes, of course there is a discount for both huge orders and regular customers. The huge orders gives also a possibility to ship the product faster. Additionally, it is easier to trust regular customers, so it takes less time to make agreements - less costs, more possibilities.
If you are not satisfied with the product, then we find the way of compensation - refund, etc. However, as we provide our customers with testers and quality guarantee, there is a low probability of unsatisfied customers.
After all details are observed and consensus is found, we make a contract or send an invoice. There is a possibility that we will ask a prepayment, however, it depends on the amounts and the agreement.
