Granits Ltd was founded in Riga, Latvia in 1993. Since then we have been committed to building long term relationships with both our suppliers and clients. We believe in delivering professional service augmented by the latest technologies. Today we are one of the leading producers of hinges for pallet collars in Eastern Europe. We are also committed to seeking new joint ventures and cooperative efforts with other companies. As of 2010, Granits will be cooperating with Czech Republic company Sariv-Nemcik acting as a distributer of fasteners in the Baltic market. We strive to be mobile and flexible in our approach to business and are committed to loyal cooperation with suppliers and customers. |

We do not want to limit our customers with minimum order quantity and exact prices - we are flexible and can make individual agreements. There is also a possibility to mix the products and quantities, so it is easier to ship them to the place.
The quality can be checked by going to our office, or we can send you some testers of different kinds of products. The other thing is certificates which provide the evidence that our products are made according to ISO standard.
The shipping period depends on the product you choose. Hinges are usually available faster, however, all other products might be shipped during 4-7 weeks. Also it depends on the order quantity and individual agreement.
Yes, of course there is a discount for both huge orders and regular customers. The huge orders gives also a possibility to ship the product faster. Additionally, it is easier to trust regular customers, so it takes less time to make agreements - less costs, more possibilities.
If you are not satisfied with the product, then we find the way of compensation - refund, etc. However, as we provide our customers with testers and quality guarantee, there is a low probability of unsatisfied customers.
After all details are observed and consensus is found, we make a contract or send an invoice. There is a possibility that we will ask a prepayment, however, it depends on the amounts and the agreement.
